Green Land Senior Secondary Public School solemnly observed the martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev, paying homage to their unparalleled sacrifice for the nation’s independence. The event was marked by a deep sense of patriotism, as students and teachers came together to remember the valour and ideals of these legendary revolutionaries. A special documentary showcasing the inspiring journey of these martyrs was screened for the students, offering them a profound insight into the sacrifices made for India’s freedom. The thought-provoking visuals ignited a sense of responsibility and admiration among the young minds. Adding to the patriotic fervor, the students recited powerful poems and delivered heartfelt speeches, echoing the bravery, vision and determination of these great heroes. The Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools ,Dr.Rajesh Rudhra said that the supreme sacrifice of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and his fellow revolutionaries is an eternal inspiration for all generations. As educators, it is our responsibility to instill in our students the values of patriotism, courage and social responsibility. He said that today’s tribute was not just an event but a commitment to honor their legacy by shaping responsible and aware citizens. The Principal, Mrs. Baldeep Pandher emphasized the students the importance of remembering our freedom fighters, not just as historical figures but as symbol of courage and integrity. She urged the students to imbibe their values and work towards a progressive and united India.
