Green Land Senior Secondary Public School Organizes Tree Plantation Drive to Celebrate Van Mahotsav

Green Land Senior Secondary Public School marked the celebration of Van Mahotsav with a vibrant and inspiring Tree Plantation Drive held within the school premises. The event was enthusiastically participated in by the students of Classes VI - XII, along with the Principal Mrs Baldeep Pandher and teaching staff of the school. The school campus came alive with the energy of young eco-warriors, as they planted saplings of various species including Palm, Ashoka neem, peepal, gulmohar and fruit-bearing trees. The drive was aimed at instilling environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility among students towards nature conservation. The Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools, Dr Rajesh Rudhra emphasized the need to nurture and protect our natural resources. He said, "Every tree we plant today is a promise of a greener, healthier tomorrow. Van Mahotsav reminds us of our duty towards Mother Earth." The Principal of the School, Mrs. Baldeep Pandher, also highlighted the importance of such drives in shaping the mindset of future generations. She remarked, "Planting trees is one of the simplest yet most powerful acts we can do for the planet. I am proud of our students for participating wholeheartedly and taking a step towards a sustainable future."
