Green Land Senior Secondary Public School observed World Computer Literacy Day, highlighting the importance of digital learning in today’s rapidly advancing world. To mark the occasion, the school organized a series of engaging and skill-enhancing activities for students from Classes I to V. A Computer Drawing Activity was conducted for students of Class I and II, where the young learners creatively expressed their imagination using digital drawing tools. Their colourful and innovative creations showcased their budding technical abilities blended with artistic thinking. For students of Classes III to V, an interactive Computer Typing Activity was organized. The activity aimed to improve typing accuracy and speed, helping children develop essential keyboarding skills that play a crucial role in modern education and daily digital communication. The Chairman of the chain of Green Land Schools, Dr. Rajesh Rudhra in his special message, emphasized the growing significance of computer literacy in the 21st century. He stated that empowering children with digital skills from an early age enables them to become confident, future-ready global citizens. The Principal Mrs Baldeep Pandher of the school also addressed the students, appreciating their participation and encouraging them to make constructive use of technology. She highlighted that such activities help build a strong foundation for digital competence and responsible use of ICT.

Green Land Senior Secondary Public School observed National Navy Day with great enthusiasm to honour the valour, dedication and unwavering spirit of the Indian Naval Forces. The day’s celebration aimed to instil a sense of pride, respect and awareness among the young learners regarding the significant role played by the Indian Navy in safeguarding the nation’s maritime borders. To mark the occasion, the tiny tots of the primary wing came dressed as Navy officers, sailors and naval commanders. Their adorable and confident appearance not only added charm to the celebration but also helped them relate closely to the ideals of courage, discipline and service to the nation. A specially curated video showcasing the importance of Navy Day, the history of India’s naval achievements, and glimpses of naval operations was screened in classrooms. The students watched the visuals with great interest and gained inspiring insights into the bravery and sacrifices of our naval heroes. The Chairman of the chain of Green Land Schools, Dr. Rajesh Rudhra applauded the initiative and stated, "National Navy Day reminds us of the extraordinary commitment of our naval forces who tirelessly guard the seas with courage and honour. It is essential to nurture respect for our defence services among children from an early age.
